Therefore once you apply for a Deposit Loan, we will move quickly to approve you. There is a $49.95 application fee, that is non-refundable, for our searches in order to do our due diligence. Once the Client’s loan is approved & they have signed the relevant paperwork, the funds will be ready within 24 hours for pick up, from the time we receive the accepted Offer of the Purchase. All Deposit loans are registered and the legal fee is $300.00 + H.S.T. + Disbursements.
